i also thought this, but the B&W film in my camera refused to magically change to colour.
i could have walked round my hotel room taking photos til i used the film up, and put colour in, but..- my rediculously expensive burger would have gone cold.
- i would of ened up with about 30 photos like this....

Does it get any better than feeding £1.29 worth of 1p coins through a Sainsburys self-checkout for a drink? No, it doesn't. #hollywoodceleblife #iamsomoneysupermarket

Can't you just go to your bank and empty them into a coin counter?

• #145

Some big HSBC branches and all those Metro Banks have coin counting deposit machines you can just dump your coins into.
I think it's pretty difficult to even deposit bagged coins (5 bags max. at a time in Halifax I think?) so supermarket probably is easiest place to dump them.

I'm with First Direct. If you go into most HSBC branches, they have a machine that you just put your debit card into then pour money into it and it deposits it straight into your account and spits out a receipt.
The last time I did it, it added up to £90.
Edit: ^ What adoubletap said....

Well it certainly came to the top of the list after our meetings, the flow-charting the CB performance matrices and the KPMG analysis report.
I think, all in all, this has been a successful mission and the team should be proud of what they have achieved.
Once I've got this fucking thesis finished, I am going to start doing enough miles to justify lunches like this again.
