Riding drunk

Im genuinely a little bit shocked by this thread.

Whilst I have on occasion ridden my bike pissed up and regularily ride it after a few drinks I only do it because you can get away with it.

I also ride a motorcycle round town.

Imagine If i came on here and talked about how pissed I got before riding that? Outrage!

Yes im aware it is more powerfull but ridden round town it doenst reach speeds much more than a bicycle.

Weaving all over the road pissed up on a bicycle as some of you mention is seriously dangerous.

I don't think anyone here is actually advocating doing it, it's more a case of it being something that most of us - and even you - have occasionally done.
As the penalty for getting caught out doing it is usually painful, it's not habit-forming. As we know, good sense often evaporates with alcohol...
