I'm pretty certain you can get a bigger, and better steak in London than Toronto. Steaks in North America are generally overcooked, tasteless crap, especially if they are stupidly oversized. For the best steaks it would have to be France.
I've had better Sushi, Portugese, Thai, Chinese, Italian and Greek in Toronto than I have in London, the only thing London beat it on was curry.
