that bike is not too small for you, the saddle height looks spot on, it's just that you have the wrong kind of bars making the bike too small.

any chance of letting it go frame only?

^Size is spot on for the street, but too small for the track running with a 125cm stem and drops, need about 2-3cm more seatpost, which I don't have. If I get no takers, I will try a few more things, I'm not desperate to sell, as you can imagine.

Would prefer to sell as complete bike, PM me an offer for the frame and I'll have a think

with sloping top tube you effectively loose a cm, which is why its probably 54cm in real, making u feel cramped. can always get away with smaller bike, but not with bigger ;)
