I got the Sugino BB for about 18GN when bought with the cranks and ring from DH. Not that much more than Shimano and it's seems to do the business. Chainline works out at 45mm for me for some reason.
I think the RD's are light, but the hand finishing looks like someones been at it with an angle grinder. I was a bit disappointed at first but they've done the job so far.
