i'm possibly up for this, will probably ride back though if i do it. 35miles is a bit short for a ride.
as for which cog/chainrings i use miche and EAI.
a 68-73 inch gear is fine for round there, no need to walk any of the hills, even box hill can easily be ridden seated.
