Cycle accident on Holloway Road

.. one of the police dudettes ... reckon the old lady was on her bike and kinda drifted towards the truck and hit her head on the front side of the vehicule than fell down flat on the ground.

WTF? you couldn't make this suff up.

She probably deliberately rode under the truck.

Sad news for someone to die, but even sadder when you hear that cyclists' deaths are so inconsequential in London that (1) there's NO media coverage of this - it's not a significant event, and (2) that a convenient* story can be put out that means that it's no-ones fault - not the driver, not the road planner, not the public.
