i didnt know if they actually existed?is it heavy?

it'd be cool if it alerted you - if the key to the lock you had on you started beeping. this way you could go and check on your bike.

yeah it is a bit on the heavy side but having tested it last night whilst out I think its worth lugging around when i know my bike is gonna be out of sight for a while.

it's actually a motorcycle disc lock - you can get more types on motorbike websites, but all of them come at a price ( which sometimes is worth paying for the safety of your precious )

yup my mate works in a motorbike shop and has one for his bike. Think they retail round the 60 quid mark.

how about these:
personally I cant see how your managing to get either around a bike and a railing? The top one is a disc lock, and the bottom one a padlock?
Ive seen the bottom one before, the shell doesnt feel all that strong. So I wouldnt use it instead of a proper bike D lock. But as an additional.
My mate gave me this boss lock last night. Very small but just enough length to lock to a railing. very sensitive to movement and gives off an initial warning alarm if moved and then if continually moved kicks out a proper alarm (think car alarm volume) Nice
