Of course, I do simplify. No doubt another capoeirista is going to lay into that micro-rant.
Regional is more than tricks. The relationship between the two forms and the variations within the schools (if you can ever call 'Angola' a school - even Capoeira for that matter) is incredibly complex and fluid.
But a simplification is exactly that.
