i think i would go for a new cxp 33 for a bit more cash. you get the benefits of modern technology (maxtal alloy, sup welding etc) or open pro's if you aren't time trialling.

Would say price is ok.
But with 40-60 you should be able to get a nice complete 650c wheel... just keep looking.
DT Swiss also makes some nice aero rims:
