I have a similar problem in that I'm after a 44T at 110 BCD for my Sugino GT crank. I have spotted a Truvative BMX one but it's 4 mm think and am a bit worried about it affecting my chainline.
Any help locating a decent 44t at 110BCD would be much appreciated
