anyone listen to obama the other night in Denver describe his mother on her deathbed argueing with the health insurance companies I can't get health insurance for my wife in the states because she had pins and needles in her hands due to a vitamin B deficiency simply because pins and needles happens to be one symptom of MS the system has become so cynical no wonder legions of people both inside and outside of the united states have bought into the idea of 'hope' and 'change'
