Ribble are fine, but if you go in the shop and order you get your bike dam site quicker, depends if your local or not ... id guess not though on this forum
the people inside are the type that talk fairly slow but keep on doing things, i rekon on the phone that would come across as quite poor service? due to them not being immediately chirpy etc
