I had the same experience. It took 5 weeks for a bike build and although they promised me a black frame I got a blue one! Slack customer service but a good price for a decent set-up...

I also got one through their bike builder, although a few words of caution about my experiences with them.. Their customer service was pretty slack, it took three weeks for the bike to be built, and i had to pester them continually for a estimated delivery date.. Asside from that i can safely say that the bikes are pretty well put together ( although i had to retighten/adjust a few parts such as headset and brake levers etc when it was delivered, but nothing more than problematic than that)
Nice frames and pretty reasonably priced in my opinion..
