Probably not entireley relelvant, but I spent this whole afternoon cleaning up an old Chrome BMX frame.
It was covered in the most stubborn sticker residue imaginable, with loads of dirt stuck to that. The few stickers that were left on it were the really annoying type that never peel off, (just leave a mess of paper, glue & plastic) Didnt look hopeful.

But a lot of elbow grease later, it came good!
