Sun Aug 31st - LFGSS London to Canterbury ride

can anyone enlighten me on how this ride compares to the Brighton ride a while back?? seriously thinking about it, my weekend's cleared up.

Obviously wasn't on the Brighton ride, but know the route. This will be tougher with a lot more climbing.

i think everyone has to take a little responsibility for like having a copy of the route if they really struggle or be prepared to bail if they are not up for it.

I do have a cheat sheet (almost) ready to roll, but it's fairly complicated due to the zig-zagging on country lanes to stay off the main roads. But I guarantee that you wouldn't get lost if you used it on your own (except for those who got lost on their way to Dunwich :0p ). Several mainline stations will be passed along the way fairly closely, so if people do want to bail I can easily point you in the right direction.
