• Erm, hard to call seeing as I don't know your fitness, but if you're doubting yourself already then it's probably not a good one to start with. Kent is not flat, and if you're not capable of climbing on a fixed wheel at the moment then you will be doing a lot of walking.

    well I will be geared and have done 40 odd miles around kentish hills before, but this is why i asked, as i really don't want to hold anyone back...
