Amazing sushi

That hotbed of all things fresh fish, South Wales

Used to be a chef though so I'd say i've got a fair idea of what's good and the fact that they regularly have busloads of japanese tourists eat in there is also a fair indicator, give it a go!

best Sushi I've had was in Sydney, glorious
