  • oh well i guess the best thing to do, is talk with your feet....any suggestions for t's with wicking properties?

  • this is nice.. but £40? meh, would rather just wear a tshirt..

  • well, it's a different shirt, no reason why it shouldn't be a bit different -and they offered to refund it for you.
what did you want, them to offer to get one made up in the old material for you?

  • i didn't realise till the other day a good friend rode for rapha last year.

  • didn't you?

  • Can I have your autograph!

    ;)

  • nimhbus, you slightly angry? anyway you blast away....

  • no, not at all, just playing devil's advocate

  • well it would be nice to know what you are buying is as described thats all. saves them time and me too.

  • any suggestions for t's with wicking properties?

Helly Hansen Lifa (Dry) do the business.

  • well done, boys. this has been a very restrained and polite rapha thread. gold star. next step: be polite to a newbie who asks if langsters are any good.

  • go for howies or swobo merino tees

  • My Rapha merino T is one of the better products I have of theirs.

Nice in summer too, which surprised me.

    fuck off.

  • see me after class, pj

  • I'm sure some of you will have had an e-mail from Rapha yesterday about their offer on the Rouleur Photo Annual -basically get it for £20 and the first 200 get a free white Rapha musette ('bag' to you and me) thrown in.

Now the Rouleur Photo Annual is up to the normal standard, so if you're into the photography side of things and are willing to spend £20 quid on it, then go for it - offers much better value than the previous price. What I won't recommend is buying it for the musette - if you're expecting something similar to the full price Rapha musette then you'll be disappointed - it's a simple cloth carry bag, about the size of an A4 sheet of paper. To my eyes it serves no useful purpose apart from to carry your copy of the annual in 'style'. I'm sure Rapha have got some blurb about it being reminiscent of the musettes used by TdF riders in the 1930s and is finely hand woven from Coppi's dried spunk or something.

I bought it because it was a good price for what's a fantastic set of photos, but just wanted to warn anyone off who might be getting excited about the 'buy quick or you'll miss out' stuff.

    That'll be all...

  • "coppi's dried spunk"

    lol

The "secret" sale that now has its details posted on every bike forum this side of Tokyo?

  • meh all their stuff's shit.

  • meh all their stuff's shit.

    How appropriate:

  • Except for their caps and socks. I like those.

  • and the base layers. they rule.
