Bloke on a chrome (I think) Plug with moustache bars about to join the A23 dual carriageway northbound at Albourne, about 10 miles out of Brighton, Monday morning. Nutter. Didn't say hello as I was in the car, which is the only sensible way to proceed up the A23.
