I've got an Italian threaded Campag cartridge b/b, 109mm axle. This has had, to my shame, 200m use and the frame it was fitted to I have now sold. Not sure of model but I paid £25.
I'd take a tenner and suspect, as I live in Hereford, postage would need to be added
