kashimax are pretty unforgiving...
kashimax are great, they are only leave you sore if your bike is the wrong size and youve got it at the wrong height.
They have a bit of foam in them, the fake suede is great for the rain aswell, they just dont seem to ever feel wet.
I wouldnt reccomend buying a new one as they are well over valued, just get an old kashimax/concor/ISCA of ebay etc for a few quid.
You can peel of the suede and apply some more foam underneath if your desperate.
