this thread is kinda interesting because there was a time when lived almost exclusively on beer I barely ate food at all thing is if you are not getting your minerals and vitamins you do notice the difference
I do notice that, while on the detox diet (temporary obviously), starting to eat vegans food made a whole difference to my body as well as my behaviour, sleeping battery, etc. greatly improved.
obviously the detox is temporary, but I can see simply sticking to vegans does make a whole difference, my skin is instantely clearer, I have more energy reserve after commuting up to central London, I woke up almost instantly instead of wanting to stay in bed, etc.
the biggest problem here is, non-vegans food still taste fucking delicious.
