I love how the American seemed to oppose the seatbelt law, saying it should be a choice, they shouldn't be fine for not wearing one.

naa, it makes sense that way.

If the government officially declare that wearing a helmet/seatbelt is important by way of a law.

That way you get a better idea that your doing it at your own risk.

I reckon a lot of these americans feel belting up isnt too important because the law dont sweat about it.
