Dito, If I have two coffees i might as well of powdered my nose. It gets me right on the edge. I use coffee before races. Don't drink any cafine for two to three weeks then have a double expresso before you race, you will be the first out the blocks.
It is strong strong stuff. When I came in off the road, I stayed on my messenger coffee regime of 8 - 10 cups of espresso strength. And couldn't work out why was I foaming at the mouth, ranting and breaking office furniture in the afternoon.
