I always go for the cheapies. Ive used a really basic all plastic oxford track pump from argos for the past 5 years with no problems.
Today I went and bough one of the Lidl ones, only because it would attach to presta valves better.
Cheap pumps use basic rubber O-rings as the internals, theres nothing else to them. If they ever wear out you can replace with almost ZERO cost.
