Dogs I don't think anyone wants to sue anyone but these accidents have to be reported. I was interested to know if the police was involved but I can't make any sense of Nosferatu's story.
It sounds like Nosferatu got back on his bike, waved bye bye to the driver "no harm done mate" and that the driver (in a state of shock) continued driving his big bus with passengers. Sounds very strange to me as as far as I am concerned if I have an accident like this I want the police to be present (even if they are useless) and I imagine that bus drivers have a duty to report what happened so he can be assessed if they are fit to drive.
Your first reaction was that it was Nosferatu's fault, that's how the majority of people think when a cyclist is involved in an accident and this is why accidents are ignored or dismissed.
