And not sueing just makes us look like a bunch of push overs that people can ignore and shove out of the way in potentially lethal ways because there's no come back on it.
Cyclists have a right and a reasonable expectation to be treated in an equitable fashion. If this drives a divide between us and everyone else, then when we rejoin it will be more likely to be on a more even playing field. I for one refuse to wear my vulnerability like a hairshirt.
