"this is london my friend" is all i can say!
when riding a bike in london it's not a matter of "if" you have an accident, but "when" you will have an accident. they happen and in this case, the guy is fine, so move on.
all this crap about "sueing" them is totally crap. this just drives the divide between cyclists and rest.
