If Leaders are rubbish, what is good?

I was confused why people would want a Leader frame, but was mistakenly looking at the costlier 735tr frame. Now they have just released the 721tr, which differs from flickwg's 720tr in having smaller decals, and nicer looking fork ends. $189 on Ebay.
