How do you upload an avatar then?

i turn off all avatars under 'settings', to avoid having to look at all your hamfisted attempts at GIFS and seriously wobbly humour. life is much easier that way.

someone said to me (at drinks), "oh you're PJ, with no avatar", and i felt like i'd made it.

how do I get my avatar please? I cant find where to upload?

They were out of Nutella so I had to buy some Green & Black's alternative. sigh my life is over.
