2008-06-23 - Rider Down/Fatality - Stoke Newington High Street

There isn't a sign, I've been wondering what it was (other than a white bike obv.) since it appeared, I will go do so now.

I left the bike up there last week and sent an email to the family of Luci just saying that normally there would be a sign on there and that it is down to them what they put, i didnt want to tread on anyones toes by putting something there, seeing as i didnt know Luci.

If it has been tagged with something i will try and get up there tonight and spray over it.

OK well I feel a bit of an interfering ar$e now, as it does seem to say RIP, here's the photo anyway:

Hi Everyone,

I'm a friend on Luci's and I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone on here for your kind words and for the ghost bike.

As I'm sure you can imagine it came as a a huge shock to all Luci's family and friends when we heard the news, and frankly everyone is still in a state of shock.

If you haven't heard anything from Luci's family regarding the sign for the bike I'll ask her boyfriend as I'm sure he'll want something there to remember Lu.
