if i was a pro track cyclist i reckon i wouldn't bother riding to the shops. i'd prolly drive a car and save my legs for actual training.
I was just going to disagree, and then I remembered that I rode over to Hillingdon the other day, and was so knackered by the time I got there that I couldn't really be bothered with the track. So yes, I see your point. Doesn't mean I have to like it though...
