I think it is obvious now. We have to build keirin circuits in every town across the UK. Replace horse racing with betting on the bikes. Put all the proceeds into hospitals and schools. Revive British manufacturing beyond Brooks saddles and design a trendy little NJS style stamp to put on everything.
