Dont sell it man, rent money dissapears so quickly. Its never going to be sustainable selling bits & bobs.
Youll have such a hard time finding a frame like that again, and will probably have to pay rrp again on your aerospoke 2nd time round!
You need to find a better job or cheaper lifestyle etc, why not move back to your folks for a 'breather' and to compose yourself.
