The Colnago frame must be coming in at under £600. Which means that it's not made in Italy. Am I remembering incorrectly, or did they move some production to the Far East?
Your memory is spot on. Some Colnagos, and the Arte is one, are made in Taiwan. I think they did this so as they can remain competitive against the likes of Trek, Specialized and Giant.
