i wouldn't lock a fucking broomstick up with that.
and i'm no engineer.....but those welds look a little bit "pikey fairground ride repair job" to me.
on the second from last there is no welds they have been filed, dont know what welds you see.
and the top set are tacks maybe you should take up a welding course?
