Apologies in advance for the newb post. Been lurking a while & have recently got meself a SS.
Tis a Langster - based on a deal I got from the bike shop. Though searching the old threads on here did help ;-). I'm sticking with SS for a while before I go fixed.
Assuming the bike is set up ok how long do you reckon it would take to develop a reasonably proper pedaling technique? Being a lanky unfit IT geek doesn't help.
I shall await my flaming now...
