personally, the alias thing is just annoying, in the first instance it can be funny, but now I can't figure out who are the trolls and who are the aliases, I don't understand why you create an alias to act like a troll, when trolls just make the forum a more confusing, contentious, and to a certain extent boring place. Personally I'd either ban them all, or allow one alias per user if they feel the need to create another persona.
