that's not your standard langster!
-
• #3
Is that just a "concept" langster or is it for sale?
-
• #4
Looks very good.
If it's for sale, I wonder how long it will be until someone with far too much money is riding it on the streets...

Sigma in Kingston upon Thames have had a couple of old S Works Langster frames on sale for a while now (I looked at the 52cm frame a couple of months ago):

From the manufacturer's website: "Built for rallying city streets . . . . "
From Sigma's website: "Ideal as a track bike or as a single-speed road bike . . . ."
By the way how much is 'far too much money' ?

Meh, I read neither, just looked at the pic... But to ride it as set up in the spesh pic would be ridiculous on the street, i.e. with zipps.

the s-works is the 'track' bike.. the normal ones is for the streets... the spesh website uses the same marketing blurb to cover a whole model name.. not a specific bike...
so does indeed make it sound silly.

well I think it still looks horrid.
Far tastier bikes out there than this red and black atrocity.

Of all the city models I really like the Boston. However if I were looking to spend $1100 on a 'proper' track frame then I wouldn't want its associated spiel tied in with the the Boston- or any of the others. LAZY MARKETING

i had a black one last year, was a very nice ride! seen the red ones in the uk for 300quid at jejames i think last year?
thankfully as mine was a black one i managed to sell the frameset and pay for my full custom condor bike. (hipster idiots)
you're right though, they havn't imported them this year or last i don't think.
