    for £175 you could definitely be in 2nd hand OTP bike territory, which would buy you the breathing room to wait for a cheap frame in the winter when none of the hipsters are thinking about cycling.

    If you get this frame it's gonna end up being lovely but not overall cheap if that's your aim. You can cold set the rear to 120mm or space it out, but its a road frame and so will have a lower BB than normal.
    If you've got the money, go for it, but don't expect to get it running / pristine any time soon unless you have all your parts ready and waiting to go....
