They are not taking to arms because their lives are filled with fads and trends, blogs and facebook and everchanging cheap fashions. it's consummerism that comes from being so damn comfortable.
This Breaking point is a cultural plateau not a break on through to the other side. what's going to inspire the next generation of kids??Maybe the plateau will make life easier for some really talented people who don't need a rebellion to inspire them.

Ehhhh, so what. the thing about change is that things change. I for one am not worried. But then again I'm not anything, because I'm an apathetic hipster :D*
*smiley face for effect only, I am of course expressionless.

trouble is asm I do see a plateau going on right now, and from it complacency and self-indulgence.

But what have the kidz got to kick against, Phil? Not something I'm particularly concerned about really, I've been outta that demographic from time... Everything is so available now (which is brilliant, I think, but makes life too easy without havin' to get your hands dirty), where's the fun when everything's only a Google click away? Where's the love, Phil? Where's the love?!? The passion?!? File under: Grumpy old never-was... I'm talkin' crap, I'm aware... ;]
