"You will supply the barbecue to be used on site plus all associated paraphenalia, not least all food stuffs. This will be operated by one of our chefs who will cook all food for you, as we understand it it is a bring your own food event rather than there being communal food so that being the case it is easiest for people just to give the chef their food and order. Some understanding of cooking time and workload is necessary as obviously he would not be able to do 100 steaks at once but if the cooking is staggered over the 9 hours or whatever we foresee no problems. We will have our usual menu available to anyone who wants to order anything else on the day, from chips to Sunday roasts. We may have some stuff like paper plates, napkins, sauces etc that I am happy for you to use, I or James will have a look in the next day or so to confirm."
