  • i use a Tenba Pro traveller, large crumpler rucksack or a lowe-pro pro roller case.
the tenba bag is tough cordura and semi waterproof, takes lots of gear and easy to work out of if walking around. the crumpler is good for not looking like a photographer and moving gear around, it's ok to work from doing interiors/locations but useless as a walk around.
the pro roller saves my back when i take everything (2 bodies, 4 lenses, 2flashes+ batteries, laptop+2 batteries, 2 hard drives cables etc.)

canvas bags are fine for 1 body and a couple of lenses but i find them uncomfortable carrying large amounts of gear and don't offer much protection.
