Hab*. if you're not sure about building up a bike, then get an OTP, or get a frame, go chat with SmallBrownBike (he's on the forum), and he'll help you spec it up and will build it up for you for a small fee.
just make sure you get a track frame or horizontal dropouts of some sort - if youre not sure, ask here first.
OTP get the bowery from that shop in sutton (search) and change the bars if you want. it's a steal.
