My half-arsed excuse for a club are getting jerseys from this place

we fancy something a bit classic looking very similar to:
but with our knocked-off logo across the front three panels:
What I need is the three lines of text (including chevron thingies) above but as a vector (this is where my knowledge fails) so they are smooth and scalable.
an artist's impression of the whole thing would also be nice with the text layed out across a jersey as it would appear.
any help would be gratefully recieved (paypal beers)
