Apparently you have to stab them 50-60 times and then sever the head with a large knife. Seems fair, you'd never get the penetration with a small knife.

Anecdote...
Apparently, while passed out on the bus last year following the ingestion of a number of vices, a raving lunatic threatened to cut my head off with the machete he was displaying.

Thankfully he departed and i was presented with a beer from a fellow passenger.
