that looks like a NO NO for me
wheel and sprocket sells a lot of flashy looking low to mid range bits. And since they're based in the us of A you're gonna have to pay an import tax to help refurbish HM's palace. -

Looks a similar build to my frame I got for around the same amount from the US. The welds look awful, the track ends needed filing to get them straight, but it rides fucking great so I don't care.
BTW customs stole around an extra £50 from me which included the couriers 'handling fee'. Cunts.
