You gotta be a little more specific.
What kind of bike are they for? tourer, race bike, fixed , track?
Rim width, spoke count, hub spacing, sealed /unsealed
high strength or low weight. Fixed, double fixed, or cassette.

Where do you live?
I think I could probably put together a decent wheelbuild for £150.
Not after a profit, just like the practice.

im actually in birmingham.
A more convenient choice for you here, buy this rear wheel:
http://www.surosa.co.uk/detail.aspx?ID=4152
excellent value for a sturdy halo wheel.
and then spend the remaining amount on a secondhand front wheel (tons of good 'uns on ebay) and some tyres.

If you can wait a couple weeks I should be able to get you a set of Surly hubs on deep-V's with schwalbe blizzard or hutchinson excel tyres and tubes for £150 posted.
clinchers please, unfortunetly I'm not in London so postage will have to be arranged, max £150 (inc. p+p).
thanks!
