Bars and breaks

I'm thinking of getting nitto bars for my build and I think getting a front bmx style brake is the most aesthetically pleasing choice. But... I ride pretty much exclusively on the hoods on my road bike, I'm guessing getting that type of bar and hoods (only one lever) would be a travesty?

Any of you have any suggestions other than man up and ride the drops?

I put hoods on my conversion because I prefer them and find them more aesthetically pleasing. I nicked the gearless ones off my gf's decomissioned cross bike.

However, you should get into riding on the drops as well. They are there for a reason.

BTW - Bars and *WHAT*?
